Bedroom 1 with views over open fields and the ski station in the back ground,in the room there is a double bed with bedside units, overhead lamps, rocking chair, carpet plus a single bed, en-suite shower room.

Bedroon 2 has twin beds, bedside tables and lamps Bedroom 3 has 3 single beds,bedside tables and lamps.

Bedroom 2 and 3 has views south over the garden and the valley, both share the extra shower room.

The kitchen, eye level oven, 4 rings electic hob, disc washer, two fridges, microwave, toaster/ dining area is fitted out for 12 although the max.for sleeping is 8, so it is possible to rent other rooms out and 12 can eat together.

Sitting room has a T.V and D.V.D player and portable C.D player, table and chairs for board games, coffee table with more seating and the entrance there is another sitting area with mountain views through the patio windows. Out side there is a upper decking area with two tables and chairs for 8. On the lower decking area there is sun beds and shades, in the garden a B.B.Q. Private entrance and parking. Awarded 3 stars by the local Tourist Board. Total area 150m2
